Movement opens the body. Breath releases what's inside.

Pilates asks the body to work - to strengthen, to lengthen, to move with intention. In doing so, it begins to discharge the physical tension that accumulates through stress, busyness and the demands of modern life. By the time you arrive on your mat for breathwork, your body is already more open, more present and more ready to receive.

Victoria Shillingford is a Pilates instructor, founder and facilitator specialising in movement as a tool for mental resilience, physical strength and community connection. Her work bridges classical Pilates principles, strength training and real-world behavioural change, with a grounded, no-nonsense approach that builds bodies that feel strong, capable and fully lived in. She creates spaces that are inclusive, energising and quietly transformative, where people don’t just move better, they show up differently in their lives.

This is not coincidence. It is how the body was designed to heal.

Breathwork is a powerful tool for regulating the nervous system, easing emotional charge and supporting deep release - helping the body move out of survival patterns and into a state of clarity, ease and presence. When movement comes first, the breath has more space to move into. What might take longer to access in a standalone session becomes available more naturally, more gently and more completely.

In this session, you will be guided through breath flow integrated breathwork - supporting physical calm, emotional integration and a deeper sense of being at home in yourself.

Samreen McGregor is a Breathwork practitioner, executive coach and facilitator specialising in nervous system regulation, emotional integration and embodied leadership. Her work bridges modern neuroscience, somatic practices and grounded breathwork techniques, with a calm, trauma-informed approach that creates spaces that are safe, spacious and deeply restorative.

Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, clearer and more open to what's unfolding.
